1. Acceptance of terms

By using RentPro you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Rental agreement

When you book a dress, you enter into a rental agreement with the vendor. You are responsible for the dress for the full rental period.

3. Payments & escrow

All payments are processed through TradeSafe escrow. Your rental fee is held until return and inspection. Your security deposit is fully refundable if the dress is returned in original condition.

4. Returns & damage

Dresses must be returned within 24 hours of the rental end date. Late returns incur R200/day fees. Damage may result in deposit deductions, with the right to dispute.
